Stake app may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification when requested, or where required by applicable law.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. On closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after all applicable checks will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable on account closure.
Stake app provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, stake app does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond stake app's control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, stake app's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Stake app is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.
